How technical do I need to be?

You need to be able to follow steps and build things. You don't need to code. Most of what you build runs in no-code / low-code with a small custom layer — and the Matrix walks you through that part.

What if the AI changes again?

That's exactly what we're solving. The system you build keeps working when the model swaps out — because the AI is only one component, not the foundation. That's the whole point.

What if I don't have an idea yet?

Then don't apply yet. Come back when you have one specific thing your work needs — that's what you'll build. The systems people ship here solve a real problem they already had.

What are build credits?

Each credit lets you build, ship, and own one system through the full stack. You get three — so once you've shipped your first, you can build two more as your ambition grows.

Is it really one day?

The build is one 6-hour session — you ship by the end of it. Your build is then featured on Demo Drop day. No weekly grind, no months-long course.
